You'd be surprised how many people do use the gym on the ships. They do think we're weirdos because we get off the ship and hike...but it's all good.

Hi gang!

Welcome home for a short stay at least. A ship gym? You might have the place to yourself as cruises aren't a conducive mindset to finding the gym, particularly surrounded by the beauty of the Inside Passage.

Wow, go gettem' Kourtney! Way to make things happen. Don't sweat the scale. Getting stronger balances the scale. Prize? You should always reward yourself for goals met,

Tough day sandwiched between a nice stationary bike and treadmill (still at a 2MPH walk) and a 30 minute swim this afternoon. Amazing what a swim will do for attitude

I think I'm going to give myself a really good prize if I hit all the swims my team has in September. It'd be 11 swims total. Perhaps the prize will be to buy myself the full series of Fables ( www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0

Alrighty, I signed up for some fitness classes at the other Y I can go to this week (since mine is getting some work done, no swimming for me this week). Hopefully that'll give me the push to go and do a few workouts this week. Gonna try to get in workouts Tues/Thurs/Sat and then I also signed up for a class next Monday (Labor Day). WOO HOO! Let's see some PROGRESS this week!

Morning all,

So I tracked last week and got in 3 swims, but I didn't hit my ranges most days _sigh_. My weight has gone down slightly but not much and I want to make some f8cking PROGRESS this week. My gym is closed but I can go to a nearby gym so I'm gonna try to burn a bunch of calories and stay iN RANGE this week. The weekend didn't help - lots of social activities.

Laurie - Have you looked at ebillity software? It's an Outlook add-on. I'm not sure what all you're looking for though.

Another Monday! I am back in Half Moon Bay and I'm ready for the week! It will be a short week because I leave for Alaska on Friday! I'm super excited for this vacation... but not very prepared. Since we have all of our stuff packed I don't know where my cold weather clothing is. I found my down jacket and I have hiking shoes, so everything else will just have to be what it is. We're going to do some killer hiking and I can't wait. There's no lap pool on the cruise ship but we will play in the pool if it's warm enough. They have an awesome gym for sea days so we won't be lacking for exercise.

I think Heather comes back today, but perhaps not since she hasn't posted.
