Today's Date: 1-26-2019

Here's my 2019 Weight Loss & Fitness Goals:


Long-Term Weight Loss Goal = To lose 20 pounds by August 31, 2019

Non-Scale Goal = To lose 2 pant sizes by March 31, 2019

Daily Exercise Goal (cardio)(strength)(stretch) = 30 to 120 minutes per day

Nightly Sleep Goal = 6 to 7 hours, but strive for 8 hours

Daily Fruit Goal = Eat 3 to 5 fruits per day

Daily Veggie Goal = Eat 5 servings per day

Daily Water Goal = Drink 10 to 14 glasses of water per day

Continue current healthy habits.
Daily strength training rotating one per day ( upper, core, lower six days a week) and a rest day.
Minimum 12 glasses water.
Daily rebounding.

My 2019 Goals:

Long Term Plan: To reach my goal weight (155-160) by the end of the year.

Short-Term Plan: To lose 10 pounds by June 2019.

Daily Exercise Plan: 13,000 steps/30 minutes (minimum) intentional exercise.

Nightly Sleep Plan: 7 - 8 hours a night.

Meal Plan: Strive to eat at least 3 servings of vegetables a day. Shoot for 4-5 servings but no less than 3.
