Hello, I am really struggling with completing my food logs. I am not sure why this is so hard for me to become a habit especially when I know that when I do it, my diet is so much better. I am at a weight loss stall and it is driving me crazy. I am desperate to lose weight to be able to get pregnant and I know that logging my food and drink is such a helpful tool I just can't seem to remember to do it. Any ideas or tips on how to make this a habit?
