the hardest thing for me to work on is negativity.
I am bipolar (but stay depressed most of the time) so negative thinking can come on really quickly when I am not immersed in something I feel passionate about.

looking for friends to connect with, get to know, and encourage each other along this journey. :-)

That was one of the hardest habits for me to break. I started to get up when commercials came on and would march in place or do crunches or some jumping jacks!

I still spend a lot of time in front of TV or computer screen. Sometimes, I am not watching anything, but I not moving.

What has been the hardest lifestyle change that you have made and how did you pump yourself up to do it?

I think mine has to be getting more physical activity. I still struggle with this, but I joined Planet Fitness and my husband comes with me. I started bringing my gym back to work with me so I change before I leave work so when I get there I am ready to "embrace the suck" and get my sweat on!
