Good morning everyone, so far today is MUCH better than yesterday, I haven't attempted any exercising today, but I did get out of bed early and shower and even made it to work a few minutes early!

So far, my energy levels are higher than they were yesterday and I remembered to find and bring my resistance band to work with me and have plans on pacing the whole office since I seem to have a slow paperwork day!
