I'm only eating 1200 calories today and walked 3 miles (carrying 2 lb. hand weights!) I was running the roads all day and not sitting on my buns until now! emoticon

Hope we all have a GREAT month in March! I'm ready to lose 8 more pounds!

February was a so so month! I had some great NSV but I stopped tracking my food and was all over the place with my workouts. I'm ready to get back on track for March!

This morning I got up and went to Curves. I also did some extra strength training exercises.

February was a good month for me, exercise-wise (food-wise is another matter altogether! emoticon ). I exercised all but 4 or 5 days of this month!

Walked 3 miles this morning with 2 lb. hand weights and then walked another 3 miles with the hand weights this afternoon.

Did a total of 6 miles in 125 minutes!

Today, I got up and did a 3-mile power walk with hand weights. Then I thought, what the heck--I'm feelin' good, and did a 15 minute video with the stability ball. It was great!

I went to Curves for 30 minutes this morning, even though I was running late and trying to convince myself I didn't have time for a full workout. I did the whole thing, and then I changed and left for work. I got to work EARLY!

my goal between now and 2/28/11 is to reach 199. To reach this goal I am willing to track my food and water every day on SP and to do a sit-down exercise program 3 days a week MWF (whenever I can get a ride) I have a broken bone in my right foot and can't drive.

For my daily run, I chose a hilly route rather than the more comfortable flat route. And tonight, I am willing to forgo the usual movie in bed in order to get to sleep sooner so I can wake up at 5:30am for a workout.

Control the food going into my mouth by using the Tracker! Not just for the calories but to make sure I'm getting the right combo of protein, carbs and healthy fat. emoticon


I don't know why it's said that the hard part is getting started; getting started is easy! It's sticking with it day after day that is a challenge AND makes the difference!
