Welcome to the team, Anna! May I say something here? Please say you're on a "diet". Being on Spark is a lifestyle change, so you learn how to eat the right portions, the right nutrients, and still be able to indulge in the foods you enjoy. Being on Spark will help you change how you think about food, and exercise, and it will be something you can live with the rest of your life. I'm glad your husband is joining you in this journey; it always helps to have someone close to you who's part of the process.
Anyway, that's all the preaching I'm going to do here, it's all about being healthy!

Hi everyone, my name is Anna and I just joined today!

I have 31 pounds to lose to get out of the 200's and I'm excited since this will be my first diet with full support of my husband. He's doing it too! I've always been heavy. When i graduated from high-school, i was 190 and miserable already. I need to get back to that AND kick that number in the butt too.

I am looking forward to all the support and guidance this team can offer me and I am hoping to help someone else along my journey as well. I am 59 lbs away from being in the onderland. I know that we can all do it. emoticon
