Today I completed the28 Day Smart Snacking Challenge. There was a lot of good information in this Challenge. I am not much of a snacker but got some good ideas just in case.

I can completely relate to that overwhelmed feeling when it comes to many aspects of my life. emoticon Weight, chores(everyday duties- laundry, vacuuming, etc) tasks... such as decluttering my home. emoticon emoticon

Woo Hoo you!!! Keep up the great work! Learning how to set up goals and break them down in to smaller attainable goals was such a God send to me. Who knew! This should be taught in grammar school. Maybe it is by now.

So happy for you. When we break our goals into smaller goals they are much easier to achieve.
Good luck on the next one you tackle.

I am so happy with myself. I set up a goal list (suggested by this team), One of the goals was a major goal which I broke down into small goals which I thought would take me months to finish, but it ended up taken only 3 days. I started with 1 small goal at a time and kept going as I checked them off. I love my organized kitchen and feel so good about all the hard work I've done. I will be moving on to next goal this weekend. Thank you SP. I now have a new way to look at things and not feel so overwhelmed.

Will It be easy? no Worth It? Absolutely!!! Believe that you can do it and you will do it!
