This team is for people who are fans of Blogilates and/or are interested in discovering more about Pilates using the Blogilates workout calendar. Blogilates is the website of Cassey Ho. She has a lot of online fitness-related materials available both free and paid. Her workout calendar is available for free and gives a daily workout, encouragement, blogging (video blogging), as well as recipes and nutritional support.
