Yes 30 minute Biggest Loser Cardio Max and 20 minute morning walk. I am participating in a weight loss challenge at work and today was my weight in. My weight loss from last Thursday to today is 3.6 pounds and I am so happy about it!! SparkPeople is helping me reach my goal in a healthy way.

Yes! 30 minute Biggest Loser Cardio Max; walk to work (20 minute walk); 30 minute walk during lunch and plan to walk 20 minutes to go home!

Good Afternoon, today I had a ball with a group of Silver Seniors but they really should be called Classical Jews and Jam...enjoyed them so much we initially did our Turbo Kick class from there we did strengthen training/weights and out of no where we did the Electric Slide and the finale was the Wobble (the original)..went a bit over the scheduled class time of an hour but wouldn't had changed it for the world.

Despite enduring a severe storm in my family life I got in 60 min Turbo workout...The emotionally exhausted part of me did not want to move my body today but my fighting spirit wouldn't allow me to miss an opportunity to invest into my "Empowering a Stronger, Happier at Peace With Me Time."
