In September I did over 2,500 minutes and October over 2,000 because I was sick the last 2 weeks. My exercise goal for the challenge came to 1,800 minutes.

My dad camped out in the woods last night, both mom and dad will be out there tonight. I'm a little worried for them seeing as how much frost was on the roofs this morning. And we're down in the valley, not up in the mountain like them. Going out to see them later, so I'll ask how it all went then.

I watched the movie "The Tingler" tonight. Sure got my adrenaline going. I think I can count that as exercise since I'm sure I burned off a ton of calories!

Driving to the big city today (100-mile round trip). Will be listening to a lot of the kids' music as it tends to keep me from getting sleepy. I haven't decided if it's because the music is so goood or so bad.
