I walked one mile last night and rode 4 on my bike. 10 cups of water. I will try the new ones you gave us today and let you know how it worked out. Happy Tuesday everyone. This is the day that the Lord has made, WE will rejoice and be glad in it. emoticon

I know it's hard working around our schedule to fit in exercise. I work, but, I am a bookkeeper, so my job probably is not as demanding as yours. I do still have two young children at home and we are helping raise our grandchild so time and opportunity is scarce. I am finally making time for myself though. I feel so much better these days that I want to keep learning about a healthy life style.

I'm doing good, just a little short a work, so when I come I fall right out and then when I get up I have to make myself exercise, but I did it today before I went to sleep so I slept all the way til one p.m. I did a aerobics class at 7;30 this morning then around three I rode my treadmill. I get the majority of my water in at work but today it seems like I was so thirsty that I have gotten them in already. have a great evening, got to get another hour of sleep i'm not off until the weekend. emoticon

I did find some but I want to run them by you because I know you have hip problems, but I did find some great ones for the arm areas. I hope you was able to ride your bike yesterday.

Hope you had a good night and found a good exercise for us :-). I want to ride my bike this evening Lord willing. I have never been excited about exercise but sparkpeople has really helped. I am down 5 pounds now. 15 to go.

I walked four miles today. and got in 10 glasses of water. I am off work tonight. so I am shooting for an opportunity to look up other exercise or regime we can do, so we will have to incorporate in our routines when the weather is colder.

This is the place to track your fitness activity at, it can be walking outside or on a treadmill. Zumba, or any fitness activity for at least 30-45 min. but you can still post your fitness activity even if you haven't made it up to 30-45 min. emoticon emoticon emoticon
