Week 3 9/22 - 9/28

7-10 glasses of emoticon
3 fruits and 5 veggies in a day emoticon
40 - 60 min. treadmill, walking, or whatever you like. emoticon emoticon emoticon .
10 squats using a chair to hold on to if you need to. or place your back against a wall and do the squats this is a good support.
10 elbow-knee touches take your right elbow while bring your left knee up touch them together then do the left to the right.
have a great week, give me feed back on the elbow knee touches.

emoticon momosgranna on meeting the challenge. I did rest I have been over doing it lately by not getting proper sleep. but i'm back on track. I have batch my snacks up for next week, cooked and frozen my veggies, ironed uniforms for the week. rest of the day will be lazy time.

9 glasses of water and Had fruit and veggies. Walked two miles & rode two miles. I had a rough day with my nerves today and I don't have nerve problems. Tomorrow is a new day though.The weekend is here I hope you get some rest.

Week 2 9/15 - 9/21

4 days per week exercise emoticon 4 days this week. ( 35 - 60 min.) whatever u can do.

7-10 glasses of emoticon per day. or what you can tolerate.

all week if you are sitting watching tv, do 10 leg raises(extend both legs out in front of you while you are sitting) during the commercial break. emoticon

Post a positive affirmation in a place you will constantly see it. This is MIne: I Will not fall off The Exercising Band wagon This Week Shooting For 5 Days.

you will loose the 20 lbs by dec. if we shoot for 1 pound a week. you will make it. and we need to work hard in sept and oct. because you know that nov is thanksgiving so we want to have a least 11 pounds off by that's 1 pound a week from now until the week before thanksgiving.

morbidly obese is defined as 100% over ideal body weight, or having a body mass index over 40.

35 min. aerobics emoticon was very tired today, all the patients was up last night screaming to the top of there lungs.

My food wasn't the best today but I only ate two meals. I did 70 sit ups and walked two miles.

This is another exercise that can be done at your desk or just sitting in a chair.
Sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the floor raise up on your tippy toes and hold for the count of five then place your heel back down on the floor and repeat it for 15 reps. or as many as you can do. this will help your calf muscles. emoticon

Done! Thanks! I have a very sedentary job and sit for 8 hours a day (drives me nuts). I walk at lunch for at least 20 min, but this was great. I was able to do this in my tiny office (that I share with 4 people) and I felt the muscles in my legs moving. loved it! Can we get more office work outs? Thanks!

Sometimes it might be hard for some people to get in a full 30 minutes of exercise, so I saw that another team was was doing five minutes of exercise challenges and you can do it as often as possible but to least do something and they try to have it where it's something you can do at work. So I was thinking that we can try this for a week and see how it works out.
TODAY'S five minute challenge will be fifty TOE Touches. and report back here if you completed it. emoticon

Ladies, I see some of us are stuck in a rut. I think if we join forces and truly commit to this challenge we will lose some weight, but we will have to be willing to go past our comfort zone.if you can't do everything on this list just do as much as you can.This challenge will start october1st-december23rd.
