I walk stairs and I'm up to 500 stairs every other day. I'm going to increase soon but I'm still out of breath when I make it up the 500 so I'm trying to let my body adjust to this for now.

I stopped walking for about 3 months. Just was going through a stressful time and didn't want to be bothered by the physical exertion. I just start back Sunday and I realize how much I've missed it. It's amazing how depression makes even fun things seem like a chore. emoticon

I'm walking again...... got lazy and stopped walking, now i'm back up to 3miles a day.... i feel so much better. be blessed.

i enjoyed reading your post and it inspired me to keep going i also do Leslie's 5 mile walk and i lost 30 lbs before i joined spark people now maybe i can get to my proper bodyweight with all this motivation. thanks

leslie sansone is the bomb.... I walk 5 miles a day @ home..... I drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day.... I cut out red meat, and i feel great..... try her d.v.d. walk away the pds..... my challenge this week is to walk 25 miles..... I'm down 10 with 15 more 2 go..... I'm ready baby! smiles......
