My goals are to continue eating healthy and keep being active and not get discouraged because of how hot it is!!

1. Continue to make it to my Krav Maga Challenge class
2. Keep walking on my non Krav days and hopefully when I can add in hot yoga
3. Take each day at a time and do my best at eating my best (but focus on each day at a time)
4. Drink plenty of water and stretch

Kenya and gym 3 times a week to do cardio and weight training for me. Kenya uses the machines. I'm up to 35-40 pounds of chest presses.

1. go to rec center 3 times a week
2. drink more water

1. walk around the lake in the morning 5 days a week.
2. run a little bit more than I did the day before.
3. eat unprocessed foods.

My weakest (not singular) link right now seems to be getting a workout in. This is my main focus along with continuing to build/form and maintain other habits that make me a fitter, happier, stronger version of me as I approach the big 60.
