What gets in the way of you using your tracker consistently?
After I have used the tracker for 60 minutes of active exercise tracking, it needs recharging. So having the tracker charged and ready for the next day's activities is key to my using it, as intended.

What activity did you do for today’s tracker results?

The tracker I use suggests activity types. Recently, I have been using the “mixed cardio” setting. Otherwise, the tracker won’t give me “credit” for low-calorie, non-impact (but purposeful) movement like packing boxes, moving items to a storage area, going to a different office to meet with a colleague. Since using this tracker setting, it is easier to achieve the “daily calories exerted” setting. Activating the “record this as exercise” requires more battery power from the tracker, so I always have my charger with me to give the device a “top up” of battery during the day. (deliberately not giving the brand name of my tracker)

Weekly average is 80 - 100K. When I miss my "low" daily step goal, it is usually because I am doing computer / device knowledge work or other thought-intensive tasks using multiple, specific work tools, shuffling papers, referencing correspondence, sketching out wireframes and other idea catchers. So, in general, I'm able to be consistent, in that range. When I tried to increase to higher than 100K weekly, I wasn't successful... yet!

Month to Month, are your step numbers consistent?

Brand name / OS optional. What do you track? Does your fitness tracker influence when / how you move?
