well i have to do more exercising today. cant seem to stop the late night snacking. ugh do great during the day when busy but boredom is killing my diet

I ate a large bowl of ice cream Monday and Tuesday. So I am adding going try and get more exercise into today, Wednesday.

Already put 2 pounds of the 5 I lost so I need to get the scale to go back down.

I was doing so good and then I took more than two steps back.

It challenges each team member to exchange one step backwards with two steps forward. The exchange can be anything that will benefit you in your weight loss program (more fruits & vegetables, staying within your calorie range, exercise, water, decreasing your stress level, etc.). What follows are some examples:

1) Some days we may want, really, really want dessert so you end up not only getting that dessert, then overdoing it (for example you go for one piece of pie, but eat two). When that happens, exchange that with an extra 30 mins of walking or 25 sit-ups or a vegetable plate for dinner.

Or...

2) You may desire to eat a bag of chocolate chip cookies but grab an orange instead (well done, you!). That is considered an "exchange". (What happened to last week: I wanted walnut pound cake for dessert, but I excahanged that desire for 2 clementines instead.)

For the Exchange Challenge, you'll simply post your Exchanges in the appropriate Forum (this one) and share your exchanges with the other members.

Be creative, have fun, lose weight...YOU have the power to exchange good habits for bad ones......good luck!!!!!
