Monday - Work out with Trainer on Core and strength emoticon
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - This was suppose to be a work out but did not have the energy.
Thursday - Core and Cardio
Friday - Work out with Trainer
Saturday - Work out in hotel Gym 30 mins - Core Exercises in the pool 30 mins
Sunday - Core Exercises in the pool 30 mins
I will be at a gaming conventions so I will make sure I get out.

Exercise plan:

Monday - run/walk dog, strength emoticon
Tuesday - walk dog/yoga emoticon
Wednesday - run/walk dog, strength emoticon
Thursday - walk dog/yoga emoticon
Friday - run/walk dog, strength emoticon
Saturday - long run

The heat is causing me to drop distance on my walks/runs yesterday and today and maybe tomorrow, but I'm still keeping at it!

My core plan is to do planks during my strength on mon/wed/fri and do a core yoga on Thursday.

Let's work the Core this week.


This weeks Exercise challenge is

1) Document your exercise plan - I want to encourage this because I know if I plan my exercises for the week, I have a better chance of completing it.

2) Select the Core Exercises you are going to do this week. Challenge is to select one of the exercises list below or your own core exercise and do 3 days during the week during your regular exercise program.

3) Use the Exercise tracker in Sparkpeople. I thought I would use more of the Sparkpeople tools for this challenge. I have not used this Challenge feature. Feedback on using would be nic. Join me in and share what you are tracking this week by clicking the link below.

Seated Core - This works for lots of us. I work at a desk most of the day so this will be a good break for me even if I don't do the 12 minutes. Modify to fit your fitness and health needs.
