Pass it Forward is one of my favorite Motivation Challenges because it does make me feel better. I went back and was reading some of our past responses and they were neat.


For those just join we typically rotate the Week MC.

This week, the MC comes in two parts.
Part One:
Go out onto the member Sparkpages and simply read the page or their blog and leave a comment. BUT, (you knew there would be a BUT, didn't you?) only add your personal comment of encouragement to those people who need to say, lose over 100 pounds, or are dealing with a particularly hard struggle. You cannot previously know this person from SP and if you are a Community Team Member, this is in addition to your required Introduce Yourself Forum comments. Pass it forward. Use the search feature & find someone with whom you might have something in common perhaps, and leave your comment of encouragement with that person. Pass your courage and strength on to them to help them overcome.

Part Two:
Practice Random Acts of Compliments. If you see someone who is maybe wearing something you think looks great on them or if you spot someone whose eyeglasses look just terrific on them, shout them out a compliment. Don't be shy.

The other day I was leaving the gym after changing back into my work clothes and someone on one of the pieces of equipment yelled out "Oh, you look so pretty in that color!" I'm telling you, it MADE my day to get a random compliment from someone I didn't even know. So, to pass it forward, I was standing in line at the checkout counter and he guy behind me had on some really HOT glasses frames. They suited him so well and I complimented him on them. He felt good, I felt good.

For each part, complete it for at least 4 days of the 7 the MC is in effect, so you'll be doing Part One at least 4 times and Part Two at least 4 times.

Pass It Forward and I promise, this will make you feel good. :)
