One of the best things about my Fitbit is how it logs my sleep. I read Why We Sleep By Dr. Matthew Walker and immediately started making changes to my life to get more sleep. An Extremely important book for everyone to read!!!

Went out late last night, so slept only from 1:30am to 5:30am, and then grabbed a power nap. Probably going to bed early tonight.

I'm kind of polyphasic, so I tend to get up early and nap later in the day. Last night was 6 hours, and then a half-hour power nap this afternoon.

Paolina - I am having a similar problem. I am trying to figure out why I am waking up so early in the am.

6h last night. Last couple of nights have been driven by a need to be in the office earlier and can't seen to fall asleep earlier.

Get a good night's sleep tonight.



The August skies are full of stars! Do you still wish upon the first star you see at night? This is also the time of year that the skies are filled with Shooting Stars. How fun to sit outside or lie down on a blanket and count how many Shooting Stars you see! Once you have relaxed watching the stars, it is time to sleep.

Isn’t it funny how the simple act of sleeping isn’t simple at times. Here is a link to a Mayo Clinic article to help you work towards a better nights sleep.

CHALLENGE
