My target food is going to be popcorn. I have found myself lately eating lots of it mindlessly. I just seem to eat and eat until my stomach hurts which makes no sense to me.

My Plan is to go cold turkey.
Target days is 5 days and stretch goal is going to be 7 days.
Now what is the plan to do with the popcorn in the house.

Take Aim and Give Up a Target Food



We all at times start munching away, feel guilty afterwards and think “I should quit eating this!”

Let’s do it!
*Choose a food that you have felt this way about.

1) Put a plan in place - Are going cold turkey or is it going to be incremental? Share
2) Declare how many days you are going to give up that food.
3) Share your results
