I keep my snacks on a shelf in my pantry, which is easy, but not too easy, to reach. Other snacks are kept in the fridge.

I Have a huge bin that my hubby's snacks are in, but I need to change mine. Sadly mine are all carb laden. I'll just get my step girls to eat them and look at healthier options to munch on.

Thanks Minnie. I hope it gets done soon. This start in April with little to no work done til recently.

I am going to see if I can get some pictures of my before and after. I am going to attach my snack area. I am so bored with the snack I am eating I am ready to grab anything. Therefore, maybe organizing the snacks will help.

Organizing my cabinets so that I can fix meals quickly has helped me. I use the basket system seen in the video. It helps keep the shelves clean, and I can get to the items in the back the pantry easier. I have been using it for about 2 years now.

Challenge plan one area in your kitchen include your meal plan

For example: Goal to eat health snacks during the week. Plan area in your kitchen where the snacks will be, (recommend at eye height like the stores use to get your attention) and package food into the portion to serving size. Don't forget to start creating that habit to eat the snacks you prepared.

Sorry for the delay in posting. Some construction work going on at my house that has consume my time along with being frustrated at the progress.
