I might look into it. I do however like tonic water but I watch out for all that extra sugar they put in it. Not cool

I have a water purifier. It wasn't cheap and I have to buy refill filters but it makes drinking water a pleasure.

1) visited 2 group members but gifted one

2) I watched the video and I kinda do this when I have to stretch my back out from the car accident I was in. The stretch helps realign my spine a bit.

3) I hate water, it always tastes so chemically to me. Even if I flavor it. It's weird.

1) I am visit team members pages.

2) Two minute poses for confidence. I do this before I talk to customers which I do several times during the week.


3) Maintain your liquid intake. Making sure I get my 8 cups in. Do this most of the time. We will see how I go into the weekend.

4) 4th of July - I did get to see some cool firework with smiley faces and heart shapes.

2) Every time I think about it, I am striking a power pose for confidence. Even during sets on the work out.
