I am reading a book on Mini Habits. It starts with a one push up. So just getting the will power a little helps Tracey.

I did too many parties today. Baby Shower and Birthday Party today is a lot for one day. I did not get my planned exercise in for Saturday. I did work around the house which really needed to be done.

I've exercised four days in a row--little steps, but I'm doing SOMETHING! And, it shows on the scale! Thanks for the motivation, team!

Well Plan for the rest of the week

Wed - Quad and core exercises - My left quad is so tight it does not want to work

Thursday - Square dance - Need to find the time to do the back exercises

Friday - Quad and core

Saturday - Bath Shower and Birthday where am I going to find time to exercise. Morning I am going to get up and work on my legs again.

1) Keep up your liquid intake
2) Post your planned exercise plan.
3) Make sure to stretch. 10 minutes
