I choose this week to build rainbow of food so that we can focus on what we are eat and to get a variety of food into our meal planning. Hope it is working. I know I am spending a little more time planning and looking to mix up my meals for more balance.

RED - Cherries
ORANGE - Cheddar cheese
YELLOW - Pineapple
GREEN - lettuce
BLUE
INDIGO -
VIOLET - Cabbage

I have been eating some colors - but I am not good about posting.
June 6 and 7th:

Strawberries - Red
Green grapes - Green
Brussel Sprouts - also Green - but maybe I can get some extra credit?
Carrots - Orange

jaderose - must have been tired when i posted. carrots were common orange ones and would have been ok.

minnie - cauliflower is white and not one of the colours of a rainbow so it does not fit into the challenge.

Any suggestions for Indigo colored food?

Paolina,
Are the carrots orange or purple? I did not know carrots were purple/violet until I started looking for blue and purple food.

Hi Team,
I am struggling with eating right now. I decided to have food fun.

This weeks challenge is to eat a fruit or veggie or protein in the color of the rainbow this week. It does not have to be all in one day. If you make the first one try for a double rainbow.

Share what you are eating to build your rainbow. Have a great week.
