I did a little dancing today and worked in the garden for over 1.5hr.

I met my planned goal but not a lot of stretch goals.

dancing is funnest exercise. i miss it.
rode bike half hour.
walked almost half hour
so done. must do something today, anyway.

When I get out and dance like today, I do get in a good 60 to 100 minutes of cardio if not more. Volunteering a music festival and dance was lots of fun exercise.

I have dancing planned for Sunday too

I will set my aims low as physiotherapist away and don't know how I will go.

I'll set a minimum of 10 minutes a day, aim for 20 and dream of 30.

Today walking 10-15 minutes.

I will do Cardio 3 days during the week. Working up to doing 30 minutes.

I am working back from an injury so I can't wait til I can do an hour of cardio.
