Day 3 [yesterday] only 3 - running short of fresh freggies but have now stocked up so today should do better.

My crisper drawers are at the bottom of the fridge but .below them is the freezer section so they are at a reasonable level for me.

Love my freggies so, unless I have to be out early, usually have two types of fruit at breakfast, some freggies with lunch and several veggies and often fruit with yoghourt for my evening meal.

i'm happy to eat freggies. calories limit me. have salad and cooked low carb veggie daily. sometiimes also have car veggie. banana and at least 2 other fruit.

used to have fridge that had freezer at the bottom so freggie bins were higher. now they are at the bottom, but that's not stopping me. hard to bend to put stuff away after i eat.

essentially no junk in house.

Keep your EYE ON THE BALL. What is the goal?Will this action get you closer?

I read the articles.

I am going to work on my refrig this week. It has been a challenge because my son and his girlfriend recently moved in so there is extra food in the house.

1) Record down the Fruits and Veggies you are eating. (Freggies - is the term I think that keeps coming up. Are you eating enough? I love eating fruits and veggies and don't know why I don't have enough in my diet.
