Did Spark seated video using light weights for the first time and 11 minutes walking - 20.

Challenge track the minutes that you do the challenge exercise. As a bonus if you do step 1 - add 15 minutes and 5 minutes for each day that you track. Let's see who can get the most minutes.

Minutes total - 15 minutes for planning + 5 today for tracking = 20 bonus minutes

I did 100 minutes of exercising for a total of 120.

I did arm circle to stretch for square dancing which real works my arms a lot more than I expect.

Plan for the week
Monday - Arm exercise - At least 1 video
Tuesday - Square Dancing - 90 mins
Wednesday - Arm exercises - at least 1 video
Thursday - Square Dancing - 90 mins
Friday - Go to see a Personal Trainer at the gym so plan is an hour at the gym
Saturday - Yoga class
Sunday - Walk at the beach

Let's work the arms this week.


This weeks Exercise challenge is

1) Document your exercise plan - I want to encourage this because I know if I plan my exercises for the week, I have a better chance of completing it.

2) Select the Arm Exercises you are going to do this week. Challenge is to select one of the exercises list below and do 3 days during the week during your regular exercise program. Get extra point for working on the arms.

3) Use the Exercise tracker in Sparkpeople.
