yes, frozen blueberries are yummy. i've been avoiding cold food lately. i just took them out of the freezer and poured on hot water. i drank the "blueberry tea" and then enjoyed the blueberries with yogurt, which i do eat cold.

I must of had ice cream on the brain when I reading about the blueberries. Last summer I had a blueberry bush but not sure if I can get it to come back to life. I would freeze them on the hot days for a nice cool treat.

I was wondering about that too but could only think of nominate or the French word for number

made an online shopping order today with some foods i haven't tried before. will have to wait until tomorrow to find out if they are included in the delivery..

yes, momentum and consistency are big challenges. it's harder to keep weight off than to lose it. the reason i succeeded for so many years was that i was really failing at losing more. and then i gained some back.

The way to build motivation and momentum is to start with very small changes. Many experts in building or breaking habits assert that long-term changes start with baby steps.
