you're welcome, jaderose. fluctuating calories are supposed to keep the metabolism up. as long as the low days compensate for the high ones.

not as well as I'd hoped. gales and torrential rain yesterday and today so no walking. some stretching but need to decide on which indoor activities I can do now that winter is approaching.

still drinking. didn't do well calorie wise today, i suspect.

jaderose, actually, fluctuating calories is said to be a good thing. as long as the total for the week comes in within the range allowed. in the end, that's what matters.

How is your week going? I have been counting calories and tracking my food intake. I usually watch my carbs more than calories. I has been a crazy week when I look at the ups and downs for calories.

I also noticed I was not getting in the water. So I am going to make sure to get the 8 glasses in to me.
