TV news showed a man who became a paraplegic after an injury. Through punishing exercise and enduring tremendous pain he is now able to crawl and stand.

It made me realise how small my problems are in comparison.

1) Complaining - Watched my grown kids joke around at this today. Busy couple of days dealing with a toilet overflowing. Actually

Only time I was thinking about the complaining to myself mostly was a customer who two days earlier had said we are not in a rush for the parts then changed there mind.

2) Grateful for my new square dancing friends and the great exercise that comes along with it. I am grateful for my family. I am grateful for the nice weather we are having. I am grateful that I have a yard for a garden. I am grateful for the motivation I get my friends here.

3) I keep coming back because it keeps me focused on why I need to have a good meal plan and that a day off the meal plan is ok.

Did I complain when the lens fell out of my sunglasses? - no
Did I complain when friend offered to get something from shop for me and she bought the one thing I'd said I didn't want? - no
Did I I complain when told by computer tech I need a new smartphone? - no
Did I complain when keyboard tray fell out of computer desk. banged my knees and keyboard nearly fell on floor? -- no
Did I complain when online store invoiced me for correct item and sent me something completely different? - I did and felt fully justified.

1) Don't remember complaining today.
2) Grateful for my friends, Spark friends included, thank for a Manager who is a leader.
3) I originally joined because I like the food tracking allowed me to track my iron count which lots of the other apps don't do. Then coming has been an encouragement to continue eating right and losing weight.

1. was tempted to ring up plumber for not coming to fix problem by now but decided he's probably very busy and it can wait until after Easter.
2- grateful for friends, Spark, own home, no financial problems. caring medical advisers.
3- improve health, cope with present medical problems and avoid new ones. remain independent.

1. I'm pretty good at not complaining. I briefly complained about some dice rolls during a game, but seriously, getting three 2's in a row on 20-sided dice is just nonsense. The rest of the game went well anyway.

2. Thankful for: good students, good weather, friends to play games with

3. Here because when I eat well - I feel well, and have more energy and get more done!

1- don't remember complaining today
2- abilities: physical, mental
friends- including sparkpeople
finances: physical comforts
3- lose and maintain weight for health: pressure, cholesterol, sugar, apnea
