To get my H2O in I put tea bags in my purse. This helped.

Sleeping is still a struggle. The computer is grabbing my attention.

went to bed early enough for at least 7 hours but pain kept me awake so actual sleeping time was only about 3.

sitting home by computer all day and exercising at night do not seem to be conducive to falliing asleep. i'm tired.

i got my 8 glassesif you let me count soup. i'll try to drink some more water, but it'll make me get up to go to the bathroom more.

My sleep is as good as it gets considering, so I'm going for H2O! I have a 51 oz thermos and drink black unsweetened tea all day, so that's one way I get my water.

This week, the schedule calls for an Intake Challenge and we've made it a Choice Challenge this time, so you'll choose which of these MC will do you the most good for you!

Choice 1: Intake some Zzzzzz's!

Are you the type of person that folks describe as "burning the candle at both ends". Me too! Hopefully, I won't run out of candles anytime soon! Anyway, I've always figured that I'll sleep when I die! There is just too much to do that's fun these days!

So, should you choose the Snoozing part of the MC for this week, beginning Monday night, you'll be charged with getting as many hours of sleep as you can for 4 of the 7 nights this MC is in effect.

Of course, discuss it here in this Forum.
1. How do you feel?
2. Do you think getting enough sleep helped stop you from snacking?
3. How about concentration? Did it help?
4. What are your personal tips for a better nights sleep?

Choice 2: Drink up! Increase your water intake.

Sometimes, sugar cravings can be an indicator that you're actually dehydrated. Today, on top of journaling about your cravings and staying away from all added sugars, make sure you're getting at least 64 ounces of water throughout the day (that's 8 cups). Drink up!

So, if you choose this section of the MC for this week, you'll drink 64 oz water for 4 of the 7 days the MC is in effect. And, of course, post about it in this Forum.

Journal what you drink? You might be surprised at how much or little you drink during the day.

1. What tips do you have for others who?
2. What obstacles have you encountered?
3. Did you notice a significant change?
