Managed to get to bed by 11.30, which is early for me, Friday & Saturday but missed out by a few minutes Sunday.

yes, i too need to go to sleep earlier. like now i can hardly keep my eyes open after a draining day (the anticipation of which kept me up most of the night), but here i am.

yes, paolina, a note is good advice. i don't even notice them, though!.

and we'll be good and stick to the current week once we're caught up. we missed good posts.

My exercising is limited by physical problems but I walk most days, although not as far as I would like, and do exercises recommended by a physiotherapist.

I don't get enough sleep, partly because of discomfort but also because I go to bed too late.

Apart from occasional lapses, I am following a healthy eating plan.

I would just add to Minnie's excellent suggestions that a motivational quote on a sticky note on the computer is a good reminder to keep following your plan.

Take frequent movement breaks while working. If you easily get bogged down by work, set an alert to remember to get up, stretch, move and drink water every 60 to 90 minutes.

Try deep breathing, journaling, meditation or yoga to calm and strengthen the mind. Build your personal stress management toolbox.

Eat - I would say good except for the trip to Starbucks which I had not been to in awhile for a Frap.

Sleep - 50%

Exercise - I missed this because my mom came to visit on Thursday.

Thank you. I am feeling better. Doctor gave me some medicine that seems to help. One stress out of my life. I am starting a new job on March 5. Yeah! Here is hoping the new boss is better.

Monday was good been very busy managed to get in 58 min of Zumba and made homemade pizza for supper.

Thinks are going ok. Didn’t eat the greatest yesterday but I tracked anyway.
No exercise rest day Sunday but the sleep was good 6 hr 15 min which is really good for me

Take a look at your lifestyle and habits. Are the changes becoming habits? Are you able to maintain those habits?
