For me it’s getting my workouts done when my husband is home. He always thinks I’m avoiding him when I go downstairs to do a workout

My resistances the last couple of days have been work related. One is facing my boss which is not fun but I don't find him staying on topic so it takes longer to resolve.

I pushed through some of my resistances. I found some were fears of the unknown.

Taking action in my life and it is changing. Hope it is true for everyone else.

Resistance I hit the snooze button 3 times. But it is too cold to get out of bed.
