Yeah.

1) Counter tops done. Plus I cleaned the cabinets. Sometimes if you commit to just a few minutes you will find that energy and motivation to continue for longer. I spent more time.

2) Clean one shelf in the refrigerator and make a space for those healthy snacks that are easy to grab.

WOW where did my week go. It went to work.

I am going to organize my kitchen.

1) Counter tops is what on task for today. It is already late but I need to go get it done because there are only 4 days left in the week.

I’ve been trying to get one room clean in the house every day. I will continue to try and do this. Sunday I cleaned my boys room. Monday and Tuesday nothing done. Will work on getting something done tomorrow

Oh man, this is one I should definitely do, and have no idea when I'm going to find the ten minutes to do it! I did wash and put away a bunch of dishes this morning. I'd like to get my clean laundry put away, so maybe I'll try and make that my goal for the rest of the week.

I am going to leverage from some of the calendar daily challenges. I just find in need longer to get the habit in place.

A disorganized life doesn't support your healthy-living goals. Your challenge today is to clean and organize one area in your immediate surroundings: your purse, desk, fridge or closet, for example.

Pick a habit that you want to focus on and 4 days during the week you will spend at least 10 mins each day to organize to improve that habit.

For example if it is exercise 1) Organize gym bag 2) Clean a space at home to exercise 3) Organize your calendar to exercise when you want 4) Organize something fun around exercise for motivation
