Did anyone notice how the food was tasting because you took the time to eat without distraction. I did a couple of times. I need to keep working on this too.

I did not do as well as I hoped on this, my life got real crazy in the last few days, but I did manage it a few times, so I'll take it.

So the first few days were good. I had to work everyday and the last couple I was on the phone trying to buy a car. Good news got my Tahoe yesterday. Overall through this challenge I did prety well

Awesome Melisa.
I love to swim. I get the right mind set to add it to my exercise routine again.

Meals today were all protien which was planned.

Fun exercise today. 1 1/2 hours of Square Dancing.

Friday will be a challenge so I need to plan ahead. It is game night with lots of snacks around that I should not be eating.

Today was totally nuts in terms of food, but I added a new exercise - I went swimming at the pool at my school. It was pretty nice.

Yesterday I did well did not look at my phone at all during meals and got a 20 min workout done. Today not so much. I took out my phone without even thinking about it, as for a workout I want to do a Turbo Jam 40 or 45 min. I’ve had a pretty crappy day at work it’s going to be a push to get it done. I just want to sit

Today I went out of the office so I could eat lunch without distraction.

Fun exercise List:
1) Square Dance
2) Volunteer at a robotics competition. I did think of this as exercise at first but we walk all over the site to visit the different teams.
4) Walking is enjoyable for me. We have some nice beaches and parks for walks.
5) I am going to dance when ever I can.

At work today I was able to stay off my phone then I did my spark points. Got ho e did turbo sculp 20 min and turbo nam 20 min. Supper will be could can't go on my phone because my boys always on it lol

I left my office for lunch today and ate out in the atrium by the windows. It was a nice change to not eat in front of the computer. It was only 10 minutes, but that's better than my usual.

I’m going to work on no distractions when I eat. It’s hard when I’m on brake at work and eating that’s also my time to go on SparkPeople. As for exercise I’m doing the Turbo Jam videos this month. Like to keep things mixed up but love my workout DVDs

This I could use! I'm bad news about multitasking while eating, so I'm going to try and have at least one non-distracted meal per day.

My exercises are pretty standard: I'm going run at least 10 miles this week, do my shoulder strength and stretching every day, and do at least 200 crunches of various kinds.

Since last week was a struggle in exercise for I want to put out a two part challenge to still focus on exercise but lightened it up some.

Journal about 15 to 20 things that you like to do

Declare what 4 to 7 you are going to this week for your challenge.

Part B - Food Awareness (I am stealing from some of the other challenges which makes this group great to encourage everyone.) Select one or two or both of the challenges below
Make Mindful Eating Matter
When was the last time you ate a meal without multitasking? Today's challenge is to practice mindful eating during every single meal and snack. Focus on your food without any other distractions (like work or screens). Record how many days during the week that you ate without distractions. Do you notice any changes?

Encouraging to continue Journaling

Write Your Reasons for Sweets
On top of journaling about your cravings today and avoiding all added sugars, come up with a list of reasons why you're trying to cut back on sugar for the long haul. Maybe you want to lose weight, prevent diabetes, manage your blood sugar levels, or just make more room for healthier foods. Keep these reasons in a place where you'll see them every day when you need a boost after this challenge is over.
