Hi Jaderose,

I would like to suggest that for those of us who cannot do floor exercises, because of injuries or ill health, you offer an alternative or that we choose our own exercise. Being part of a challenge group is a big incentive to keep going.

Sure, I'm a distance runner, so I'm usually training for an event, I'm planning to run a half-marathon at the beginning of March. That usually means 3 days a week of shorter runs (2-3 miles) and one day a week of a long run. I have a dog to walk on top of that, although right now it's too cold for real walking. Then, I cross-train with strength work, but I'm also rehabbing my shoulder because I had surgery to fix a torn rotator cuff in August, so I have to put in 10-15 minutes a day just on the shoulder work, and usually another 10-15 on other strength exercises.

I like the majority of challenges we used to do, watching food, workout minutes, even crunches because I do already do those, and other motivators, but as you can see, a new ten minute video, even 4 days a week isn't happening in my routine!

No day but today ...

Exercise Challenge Week!!!! I will be posting on Sunday evenings. Note I am on the West Coast.

Here is next's weeks MC! Hopefully you will have time to watch the video.

We will focus this week on the part of us that we can't see very well but others can, so this MC, you could say, is really for everyone elses' benefit as well as our own (wink wink).

Recommend warm ups prior to this exercise video. One word of caution: you WILL FEEL it the next day after doing it for the first time. Plan accordingly!
