I have very little food which could be called unhealthy but threw out a couple of things which were past their use by date.

glad you're back and getting better.
my kitchen is essentially clean. my husband has some food i generally don't eat, but he's getting better, too, after his last blood test.

Sorry I missed last week, guys. I had surgery again and was completely out of it for a week. I'm back and back to work this morning too, so thought I would post a challange that will take you most of the week to accomplish, rather than something each day, if that makes sense. :D

This is going to be our first motivational challenge of the series and it's a relatively new one! I've read a lot about motivating this morning and I've seen something that I think may help...but first, let's get into the kitchen!

It's particularly hard to eat right when you have bad things in the pantry. They become your "go-to" in a pinch. Instead, let's clean that out and replace those bad choices with some good ones!

This week, your challenge will be to clean out your pantry and refrigerator. Get rid of the foods that sabotage your weight loss. They may still be hanging around from a holiday or family gathering...or you may be prepping for some tempting desserts & cookies for a summer cookout. Let's get those things OUTTA there!

Replace! Here some some interesting articles about what TO HAVE in your fridge & panty:

Share here the things you got rid of, the things you replaced it with....your thought processes, etc. Can't wait to see what's in your closet! (hee hee)
