Only did part of my pick 5 all weekend. I was painting in my garage for 5 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday- 27 9'x4' particle board panels - so I was swinging a paint roller, up and down the ladder and squatting to get the bottoms so I counted that as part of my workout! Definitely feeling it this morning! :-(

Too stiff and sore yesterday from doing all 5 the previous day. I tried to pick out 5 varied exercises to work out my whole body, but I usually split my workouts on upper and lower body to different days, so I guess I need to do the same with these 5!

Finally met the water challenge this past week. Glad we had a chance for do-overs! Decided I need to pick things I can do at home or the gym since I live 35 miles from my gym and only get there on work days, but even then, I have a few things after work this week that will prevent me from getting there every day. Good luck, everyone!

5. dumbbell pullovers

Let's do this!!!

While sometimes it's hard to get that water in but they are so useful to us in losing the weight. I hope some of you worked yourselves into a new habit anyway! :)

Alrighty then, in keeping with the 2 Intake, 1 Exercise & 1 "Self-Esteem" MC idea, here is your "assignment" for the next week, should you choose to accept it:

Go to My Trackers (top menu) , then click on the My Fitness page and then SEARCH for Strength Training Exercises. From the drop down list choose five (5) exercises such as crunches, leg-lifts, etc. and add those to your favorites. The MC is to do those 5 exercises at least 4 of the 7 days this MC is in effect. You can change your Fitness Setup for the week on this page as well.

They usually consist of 2 reps of 12 each, so it won't take very long to do 5 of them to completion. ;) It is your choice to concentrate on your Core, Legs, Arms, or a combination. Oh, and now that you've made drinking water a habit, don't forget to drink your water while exercising!

Make sure to post your 5 choices in this Forum! Also, don't forget to get your 5 SparkPoints for each of the exercises each day you do them.

This MC starts Monday morning, July 18th, though you can feel free to pick your exercises at any time before then, if you wish and as usual, feel free to post your 5 choices any time before then too.
