I'm doing well, at least 64 oz everyday. It's definitly easier to get water in when I exercise, but that also means I shoud be drinking more emoticon

Got so busy yesterday I forgot to drink, so only made about 48 oz. but I will easily make it today.

You knew I was going to do this to you, right?

It's JUST so important to get that water in. It's a jump start to losing weight and believe it or not, you'r body will release the water it's been holding on to if it feels it's getting enough.

SO, let's go with the water again....either 1/2 your body weight or 64 ounces in water in each 24 hour period.

What do you pick?

I will pick 64 again...I was a little sporadic last week.
