I also have a hard time now with the grains because I don't eat gluten.

I am setting my goal to input my servings & portions into sparks & monitor it. I have my carbs set low because my doctor wanted me on the Atkin/South Beach Low Carb diet.

But still not loosing the weight on this.

I found it. I went to the hover over LEARN then clicked on Nutrition.
Then I selected an article. Then I change the last number to 177.

Long way but found it.

I also had trouble with the link. Maybe I need to do it from the main sight and not the mobile. I will give it my best shot but this is a crazy week for me so let's see how it goes.

I HAVE STOMACH ISSUES AND THERE IS NO WAY I CAN EAT ALL THIS. I WILL CONTINUE TO EAT THE PORTIONS RECOMMENDED BY MY NUTRITION TEAM PROTEIN MUST ALWAYS COME FIRST AS I CAN NOT GET IT THRO SUPPLEMENT'S

I have struggled with this for years, even after joining SP, and I often times still do, although, over the last 10 months of changing my diet and eating a Paleo diet of 5 small meals a day, it has gotten much, much better. (Post surgery meals not counted!)

Your MC for this week is to read the following SP Article:

Print it off if you have to and for the 5 days of the 7 this MC is in effect, aim for getting the proper number of portions for each food group outlined in the article. I've condensed it for you from the article below:

Grains: 6-11 servings per day
Fruits & Veggies: 5-9 total servings per day
Meat & Beans: 2-3 servings per day
Dairy: 2-3 servings per day
Fats & Oils: Sparing or small amounts only per day

Do what you can. Personally, I don't/can't do dairy products unless it's a goat milk based cheese, so I'll just do my best.

Try to keep these servings within the recommended portion amount for each and let us know how you are doing! Post here your progress!
