Weighed in today for the first time since June. I'm up 3 pounds and now weigh 159. My goal for my next weigh in is 157.5. I'm disappointed about the gain but trying really hard to not let it discourage me.

Gaol lose 1 Lb.
Arrrrghhhh! My weekend was sabotaged by my family (hubby) surprise donuts for breakfast Saturday morning and ribs with fries AND onion rings (sheesh)! I didn't gain any weight but I haven't lost any either. Glad it's Monday!! Getting back on track!!! ;)
