nothing on my salad. frozen blueberries and mango with cinnamon for desert. only 1/4 of my husband's eggplant parmegian. drinking water (thanks for the reminder.) gotta lose 4 new pounds asap and then continue to dream.

have to agree with Minnie - it doesn't work if it's too late. your post arrived Wednesday evening, which meant I couldn't have posted until Thursday., by which time id forgotten what I did on Monday. I can always post as for US time so the different zones don't really pose a problem..

I too gave up these things a while back but did have yohourt instead of dessert.

This a relatively new MC that was added to the rotation not long ago. I like it though because it has me looking at my calorie count very closely. :D

So, this week we're going to work on finding some places where we can make an easy cut in our intake calories. The following Sparkpeople article gives us 50 different places where we can cut 100 or so calories:

Every hundred helps!!!! The Mini-Challenge for this week is for you to pick 1-2 of the 50 ways to cut calories in this article on four days out of the seven the MC is in effect. Then, post here and tell us which of the ways you tried and liked, or that maybe didn't work for you and why.

Try different ones and experiment! Perhaps you can create a new habit this week! :D Let us know how and what you're doing to cut those calories!
