Exercise Week!

We will be the rulers of our own Exercise Plan and we'll each pledge how many minutes of exercise we think we can accomplish during the week. We'll post like this:

LABryant: 60/3/180/180

What does that mean??? Breakdown:
60 = The minutes I pledge to exercise each day I exercise.

3 = The days of week I pledge to exercise that amount.

180 = 60x3

180 = How many minutes I would have left in my goal if the above post was real.

So... all the numbers stay the same for the entire week EXCEPT the last one. The last number will go down as you exercise, like this:

3/60/180/120

Translated, that means I've done 60 minutes of exercise on the day I post it. If you go past your goal, post in the negative, like this:

3/60/180/-15

Which shows that I've surpassed my goal by 15 whole minutes! (Yeah me!)

Post each time you exercise so that we can see your progress and if you go into the 'negative', well, that's your extra credit for the week!

You guys can all pledge as soon as you like but this MC starts Monday morning!!
