strawberries
Scheduled: banana, blueberries, blackberries, green apple
carrots, sweet peppers, squash, eggplant, leafy greens :D


Yesterday:
carrots, eggplant, yellow squash, sweet peppers, mushrooms, onions
blueberries, blackberries ( a lot)

Play it again, Sam! Usually, we do this one twice ....sooooo....ok, you have another chance to do this MC!

Because it's an Intake Challenge Week again so we are going to concentrate on what goes IN the body to help us either lose or maintain our weight or break through a plateau. Here are the details:

They say that we can "survive" on a diet that includes 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables (EACH!) per day. That's nice, but did you know that we can THRIVE on a diet that includes FIVE servings of fruits and veggies per day???

This weeks MC will again be to each 5 servings EACH of fruits & veggies at least 4 days out of the 7 this MC is in effect.

Part of what this Team tries to do is create new and better habits in our lives, one day at a time. This is a good one, so let's start! ;)
