I know. It's so tough. Actually, I didn't do it this week either. Since I got on this paleo-type diet, I don't count the calories so much, if at all. I'm eating healthy, all natural meals and it's really more about that than the calories at this point.

Still losing. I'm pleased to say that my sister & I both won. I weighed in at 140 this morning. That's 33 pounds since 12/26/15 when I weighed in at 173.

I'm continuing on until 135 and then I'll re-evaluate from there.

i caught up with my tracker this morning. but will be different tomorrow after eating the stuff i bought when hungry today.

This is the hardest thing for me to do yet it's the biggest thing that helped me get my weight under control: SEEING exactly what I was eating. I had what SP calls "portion distortion". I still have it at times. I thought I was eating healthily when I would eat, say, some nuts....trouble was, I would eat the entire CAN of nuts. Not good. I didn't figure out how many extra calories I was packing on until I started logging everything that went into my mouth.

How are you doing with that?

The MC this week is to make sure you log your food intake daily, staying within your calorie range, and then (yikes!) share your total calorie count with the group at the end of the day. We'll do this for at least 3 days out of the 5 (posting late) that the MC is in effect. ;) You pick the three days.

So, if you eat it, then log it, then post your total (whether over or under) in this Forum. It is important that even if you don't stay within your calorie range each & every day, that you still post it. We're here for you!!!!

This MC will hopefully provide some accountability to keep on keeping on and maybe help some of us break through a plateau!
