Day 2, did the workout, more on my hands now and I tried to lift my legs a bit higher.

welcome ingrid. good you figured it out.

i'll do what i can without it being cardio. don't want to aggravate the secondary infection(sinus, lung that tagged onto my cold, as usual.)

Just did them, on a double folded mat, with my knees on a pillow and with my elbows on a pillow. Only the last couple I went on my hands, which is actually easier (for a short time) emoticon .
This is my 1st day on my 1st challenge emoticon

You know you love this one, so no groaning or nashing of teeth!

And it's that time again!!! Exercise Challenge Week!!!!

Here is next's weeks MC! Hopefully you will have time to watch the video and get prepped for it!

We will focus this week on the part of us that we can't see very well but others can, so this MC, you could say, is really for everyone elses' benefit as well as our own (wink wink).

Since initially doing this video a couple of years ago, I had added most of it to my weekly workouts. I haven't done it in a while since I started doing Zumba BUT it DOES work! I will get back on it this week! One word of caution: you WILL FEEL it the next day after doing it for the first time. Plan accordingly!

It will take only 5-6 minutes per day & in order to complete this weeks Exercise MC successfully, let's each do the Butt Blasting Workout at least 4 of the 7 days the MC is in effect.

Of course, check in here and let us all know how you are doing (walking?). The MC starts, as always, on Monday morning but feel free to watch the video and prep before then!

Now let's ALL get Bootylicious Yes, even the guys! Nuff said! :D
