I've been using my Fitbit to track my sleep.... only get about 5hrs sleep per night...restless or awake the rest...I've resumed my hypnosis apps before bed and that has helped...here's hoping, I hate being tired and grumoy

must do zzzz's. soda is not a challenge and need sleep to finish recovering from pneumonia.

couldn't sleep for 2 hrs last night. not sure i got my 8 hrs. at least i don't have to stay up to take antibitic tonight. will try to get in early.

Guys, thanks for not giving up on me and for all of the notes of concern. Cannon is still on crate rest and was doing well but had a big setback yesterday. He's still on a lot of meds and we had hoped we were out of the woods with not needing surgery but the setback yesterday set me back. :( Today, he is much, much better but I have to now carry two dogs everywhere and it's been exhausting. I think this MC is probably timely.

For a lot of folks, soft drinks are a major part of their calorie/liquid intake and a hard thing to put aside.

Yet, did you know that carbonated beverages are not only a problem for a diet because of what they include (loads of sugar and high fructose corn syrup) but for what they EXCLUDE from a diet? If a person is busy drinking "liquid candy" all day, what are the chances they will make more healthy choices like water?
