beenn trying to drink more. think i've been at least coming close. have to do another glass of water. was out all afternoon and afraid to drink. it's a problem.

Wish I could join in. Get very thirsty but am restricted to 1.5 litres a day [which includes soup, yoghourt, ice cream etc.] for medical reasons.
