chocolate, greens,tomatoes, cucumber, quinoa, garbanzo beans, walnuts, brazil nuts.
i eat nutritious food, but not less calories than i burn.

L, thanks for the new research, but...

1) just when i was hoping to substitute grapes for raisins, they say to give up grapes. and, btw, must add a few nuts to fat-free yogurt and fruit, else will be starving shortly thereafter.

2) the only 1 i eat is non-organic dairy, and i'm not about to give it up.

3) the only 1 i eat is peanuts. not a cupful, though! not about to give them up.

4) these i like. today i had beans and nuts. plan to include some of these each day this week

? i had lentils today. plan to include some of these each day this week, too. happy to see they put back the peanuts.

just about the only thing everyone agrees on is non-starchy vegetables and fruit in moderation. i suspect a variety of natural foods in controlled portions with emphasis on vegetables is the right answer.

Here is a new Intake MC for us this week. I'm struggling again with motivation and finding that I'm confused about what's good to put in and what's bad to put in the body, what causes belly fat, what might make me tired, and what EXACTLY are the foods I should be eating.
